'Down to Earth'

I'm delighted to see one of my pieces used by the Craft Centre and Design Gallery in Leeds for the publicity of 'Down to Earth' which opens on 22nd March 2014.

It's my first time working with this gallery and really looking forward to it.

Irish Craft Portfolio at the RHA

My work will be part of 'Irish Craft Portfolio' at the Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin. It opens on 28th November at 6pm - a bit away, but it's a very short run, so put the date in your diary.

Ceramic Art London 2014

It's a bit away yet, but I'll be exhibiting at Ceramic Art London in the Royal College of Art from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th April 2014. This will be my third year exhibiting and the making has started already!

GreenAcres Wexford Opera Festival Exhibition

I'm delighted to be part of Greenacres Opera Festival Exhibition which opens this Friday, 18th October 2013 at 6.30pm. The exhibition runs for the duration of the Opera Festival. Greenacres in Selskar, Wexford town, is always worth a visit with a gorgeous deli and restaurant to treat yourself in after a visit to the gallery.

I was delighted to receive both the Irish Ceramics Award and the Crafts Council of Ireland Award at the Mill Cove Gallery awards this summer.

Ceramic Art London 2013

I'll be taking part in Ceramic Art London 2013 from 12th - 14th April at the Royal College of Art, London. CAL is the major selling fair for contemporary studio ceramics.

'Made in China' Screening

The documentary film 'Made in China' by Andrew Standen-Raz, with artist interviews by Eleanor Flegg will be shown at 2pm on Saturday 6th April 2013 at CIT Crawford College of Art and Design, Sharman Crawford Street, Cork.

It's an amazing piece of work, which gives great insight into our time in China. Not to be missed!

'Bricks in the Rain' travels to Cork

'Bricks in the Rain', the response exhibition from our residency in Fuping, China is heading to the CIT Wandesford Quay Gallery, Cork. Opening 6.30pm Friday 5th April 2013 and running until 9th May 2013.

Elliptical Vessel



It's always lovely to see where my pieces eventually end up. This Elliptical Vessel has certainly landed on its feet - swopping the Galtee mountains for a spectacular view of Snowdon in Snowdonia, Wales. It looks like it has settled in nicely...
